Yes Theory team experienced Wim Hof method and becoming superhumans. They say that they admired the pioneering work of Wim Hof for years now, but just from afar. But this January they got an opportunity to spend four days with Wim Hof in the mountains of Poland. They didn't know what to expect and what will they fill by experiencing such cold temperatures. But as they say, it is all about seeking discomfort and saying Yes to challenges and happiness. It is statistically proven that more as you say Yes to happiness, more chance you have you will be a part of it. So by without a doubt, they said Yes to Wim Hof Method. But they are in for a surprise. Yes Theory team had no idea, Wim Hof was at a place in his life, where he wanted to push his findings to the next level. They make videos where they travel the world setting challenges for themselves and for strangers and getting out of their comfort zones along the way, all in order to grow. By now we could say that Yes Theory are not just four in a team, it became a movement across the world.

Background of Yes Theory

In the summer of 2015, four strangers met in Montreal, Canada. Ammar from Egypt, Thomas from France, Matt from the US and Derin from Turkey. Together, they bonded over the idea that life is best lived outside of your comfort zone. So, with a total of $500 to their name, they moved into their friend’s one bedroom apartment and started making videos attacking some of their biggest fears and seeking discomfort. This were the beginnings of Yes Theory movement. Since then they’ve had a show on Snapchat Discover, moved to Los Angeles, and had countless life altering experiences and new incredible friendships along the way. All of this crazy experiences are documented on their Youtube channel.
