Pakiram za RogaškoKot ste najbrž zasledili v katerem izmed preteklih videov, grem v zdravilišče v Rogaško Slatino. Natančneje v Medical Center Rogaška, kjer bom nastanjen v hotelu Slatina Medical. Nazadnje sem bil pri njih leta 2012. Naj omeni, da mi glede na diagnozo zdravilišče pripada na vsaki dve leti. Ker sem ''bik'' tega ne izkoristim. Si bo treba v bodoče vzeti čas in to ugodnost izkoristiti. V spodnjem videu, pa si poglejte kaj vse bom vzel zraven...beri dalje ;)

My first cold bathI am following Wim Hof Method for a month now. Till today, I did only breathing exercise and cold showers. I was in a cold shower for 5 minutes at 9 degrees celcius each day. Today I decided to do a cold bath. Take a look at video to see how it went ;)  Wim Hof Metoda - prvi mesec Minil je en mesec, od kar sem se resno lotil Wim Hof metode. Kot sem omenil že v prvotni objavi (prva objava) sem začel samo z dihanjem. Za hladen tuš se nisem mogel takoj prepričat, pa če prav se nikoli ne tuširam s pretirano toplo vodo.
