Is this a GoPro killer?

According to leaked information, we will soon see New Action Camera on the market. I am talking about DJI, a drone king stepping on the way of GoPro cameras. While GoPro is still most well known brand, a lot of new players wan't to claim their small piece of that pie. If leaked informations are right, this new action camera will be called DJI OSMO ACTION. It is expected to be presented in few days on the event Unleash Your Other Side.

On the market you can't find many brads making action cameras. There are few of them and most popular is definitely a GoPro action camera. Most other are just Chines fakes, so GoPro doesn't have real competitor on the action camera market. But this might soon change and the Dji OSMO Action will be released soon. If the price will be good for what will it offer, then we can see a new real player on the action camera market, fighting for that piece of pie.

Worth mentioning is a Dual LCD display, making the DJI OSMO Action the first action camera to have a display so on the back as on the front side. While action cameras are hardly designed for selfies, they do serve vlogging and live streaming purposes, making that second screen a handy way to monitor the framing and view.
Other leaks also claim that the DJI OSMO Action will be waterproof without having to use a case. This is a quality that is ironically missing from action cameras, requiring users to put them inside such sealed housing and then take them out again just to replace an SD card. We now have this waterproof body with GoPro Hero 5 Black and all later models, but only to 10 meters deep. If Dji will manage to seal body of Dji OSMO Action, to be able to dive even deeper than with GoPro, this will be huge.

According to leaked photos, looks like lens will be detachable and possible to replace with other lenses or maybe filters. Maybe we can even see adjustable focus on this Dji OSMO Action.
